1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings set out below. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open and use a pk67net account you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk67net does not accept registrations from any person under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or accessing pk67net from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not already hold an existing pk67net account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Opening a second account is a material breach of these terms.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with pk67net that is currently active.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and valid payment details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
• You must not be acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party. All bets placed on pk67net must be made with your own funds for your own account.

When you submit your registration form on pk67net, you are making a binding declaration that you meet all eligibility requirements. If any of these conditions subsequently cease to be met, you are obliged to notify pk67net immediately and stop using the platform.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk67net login credentials — your registered mobile number, password and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as your own, regardless of whether it was actually carried out by you.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including pk67net support staff. pk67net will never ask for your password.
• Use a password that is unique to pk67net and not reused from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered by pk67net — it adds a critical layer of security to your account.
• Log out of your pk67net account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact pk67net support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4 Deposits

pk67net accepts PKR deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Pakistani-issued Visa or Mastercard debit cards. No cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits are accepted.

• The minimum deposit is Rs 200 regardless of payment method.
• There are no deposit fees charged by pk67net. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges — pk67net has no control over these.
• Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your pk67net balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• IBFT and bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your balance depending on your bank's processing speed.
• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. pk67net will refuse and return deposits received from third-party accounts.
• pk67net reserves the right to request proof of payment source as part of routine anti-money laundering compliance checks.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money funds from pk67net are subject to the following terms and conditions. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced identity verification checks.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If that method is unavailable, pk67net will contact you to arrange an alternative.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay follow the same timeline.
• IBFT bank transfers are processed within one working day. Card withdrawals take 1 to 3 business days.
• There are no withdrawal fees charged by pk67net.
• pk67net may request KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal if the account has not previously been verified or if the withdrawal amount exceeds internal thresholds.
• Withdrawals will be declined if there is an active bonus still being wagered on the account. You may forfeit the bonus to proceed with the withdrawal — contact support to initiate this.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pk67net offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded in bonus funds and are kept separate from your real-money balance in your pk67net account.
• The standard wagering requirement for pk67net bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated differently on the specific promotion page. Wagering must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds have a validity period of 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Any unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements are forfeited at expiry.
• Not all games on pk67net contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and virtual sports contribute at reduced rates. The contribution rates are published on the promotions page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, per IP address and per payment method.
• pk67net reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any bets already placed under the terms of an active promotion will be honoured at the terms in place at the time the bet was placed.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting bonus conditions through low-risk or hedged betting patterns — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on pk67net use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are not predetermined, are not influenced by pk67net staff, and cannot be altered once a game round has commenced. The following conditions apply to all game play on the platform:

• Each game on pk67net has its own individual game rules accessible through the game information panel. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing any bet.
• In the event of a software malfunction or communication error during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's pk67net balance. No winnings will be paid for a round that did not complete normally.
• pk67net publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles. These are theoretical long-run averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not represent expected returns in any individual session.
• Virtual sports results on pk67net are generated by a certified RNG engine at the moment the event runs. Results are not influenced by bets placed and cannot be predicted in advance.
• The house edge on all pk67net games is generated through game mathematics rather than by any deliberate manipulation of individual outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk67net. Engaging in any of them is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on pk67net under any circumstances.
• Underage gaming: Accessing or using the pk67net platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent payments: Using payment methods that do not belong to you, initiating chargebacks, or making deposits with fraudulent intent.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus conditions through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other method designed to extract guaranteed value from promotional offers.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on pk67net, including — but not limited to — tournament formats and live casino tables.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated system to place bets on pk67net without genuine human input.
• Money laundering: Using pk67net to deposit, play through and withdraw funds as a mechanism for laundering the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your pk67net account, even with your consent.

9 Account Closure

Closure by the player: You may close your pk67net account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited.

Closure by pk67net: pk67net reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if there is reasonable belief of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or a legal obligation to do so. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms breach, the balance may be withheld. In all other cases, the verified real-money balance will be returned.

Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. pk67net will attempt to contact you via your registered mobile number before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account management terms will be communicated in that notification.

10 Responsible Gaming

pk67net is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports player wellbeing. The platform provides the following tools to every registered player at no charge:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit to your pk67net account.
• Loss limits — caps on how much you can lose across a defined period.
• Wagering limits — restrictions on how much you can bet in total across a given period.
• Session time reminders — automatic alerts when you have been logged into pk67net for a set duration.
• Cooling-off period — a temporary pause on your account ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — a permanent or extended exclusion from pk67net that cannot be reversed during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk67net's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk67net shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash or banking institutions.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, power grid failures or telecommunications outages.
• Any loss incurred as a result of a player's own failure to follow the security guidelines set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• Any consequential, indirect or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pk67net reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the mobile number on file with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of pk67net after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using pk67net and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at pk67net.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was published.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by the laws applicable to pk67net's licensed jurisdiction. Pakistani players agree that they access pk67net at their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

In the event of a dispute between pk67net and a player that cannot be resolved through the customer support process, the matter will be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by pk67net's licensing authority. pk67net's decision on all game-related disputes where game logs confirm the outcome will be final.
