At pk67net, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal information we collect when you register and play on the pk67net platform, why we need it, how we store it, and what rights you have over it. We have written this in plain, clear English so that Pakistani players can understand it without needing a legal background.
Six core principles that define how pk67net handles your personal data every single day.
pk67net does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers. Full stop. Your data is used only to operate your account, process your payments and keep the platform secure.
Every data transmission between your device and pk67net's servers is protected by 256-bit TLS encryption — the same standard used by international banks. Your payment details and account credentials are never sent in plain text.
As a pk67net player you have the right to access, correct, restrict and request deletion of your personal data. These rights can be exercised directly by contacting our Data Protection team at any time.
pk67net uses only the cookies that are necessary to keep you logged in, remember your preferences and measure platform performance. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or retargeting pixels.
pk67net retains your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable anti-money laundering and regulatory obligations. Data beyond these retention periods is securely deleted.
pk67net complies with the data protection obligations tied to its operating licence, including KYC and AML record-keeping requirements. We share data with regulators only when legally required and never beyond that obligation.
pk67net is the online gaming platform operated at pk67net.net and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces. In this Privacy Policy, references to "pk67net", "we", "us" or "our" mean the company that owns and operates the platform. When we say "you" or "your", we mean any person who visits the pk67net website or registers and uses an account on it.
pk67net acts as the data controller for all personal information it collects from Pakistani players. This means we are responsible for deciding how your data is collected, why it is held, how long it is kept, and who — if anyone — it is shared with. If you have any questions about how pk67net handles your data, our Data Protection contact is available at privacy@pk67net.net.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through the pk67net website, mobile interface, customer support channels and payment processing systems. It does not apply to third-party websites that may be linked from pk67net — those sites have their own privacy policies that we have no control over.
pk67net collects only the personal data that is genuinely needed to provide a secure, compliant gaming service. We do not collect information speculatively or "just in case". The table below sets out the categories of data we collect and the circumstances in which each is gathered.
| Data Category | Specific Items | When Collected |
|---|---|---|
| Registration Data | Full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, city of residence | At account creation on pk67net |
| Identity Verification | CNIC copy, selfie photograph, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) | During KYC process, required for withdrawals above thresholds |
| Payment Data | Easypaisa/JazzCash account number, NayaPay/SadaPay handle, bank account IBAN, partial card number | When a deposit or withdrawal is processed on pk67net |
| Transaction History | Deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, payment methods, PKR values | Automatically generated with every financial transaction |
| Gaming Activity | Game types played, bet amounts, win/loss records, session durations, responsible gaming limit settings | Automatically generated during all gameplay sessions on pk67net |
| Technical Data | IP address, device type, operating system, browser version, screen resolution, approximate location | Automatically collected on every pk67net session |
| Communications | Support chat transcripts, email correspondence, complaint records | When you contact pk67net's customer support team |
| Marketing Preferences | Opt-in/opt-out status for SMS and email promotions | During registration and from account settings at any time |
pk67net does not collect or store full payment card numbers. Card transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. pk67net only retains the last four digits of a card number for display purposes in your payment history.
Every use of your personal data by pk67net has a specific, documented purpose. We do not use your data for anything other than what is described below:
Every use of your personal data by pk67net is grounded in at least one of the following legal bases. We process your data only where we have a valid legal justification for doing so:
pk67net shares your personal data only with the specific categories of third parties listed below. We do not sell your data, and all third parties with whom we share data are subject to contractual obligations requiring them to handle it with the same level of care that pk67net applies.
pk67net will never share your personal data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, social media platforms or any organisation whose purpose is to build marketing profiles. This commitment applies regardless of any commercial arrangement pk67net may have with any other business.
pk67net does not hold on to your personal data indefinitely. The retention periods below reflect the legal and operational obligations that determine how long different categories of data must be kept:
Retained for the lifetime of your pk67net account plus 5 years after account closure. This period covers potential regulatory audit requirements.
Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of verification, as required by anti-money laundering regulations applicable to licensed gaming operators.
Retained for 7 years from the date of each transaction. This is the standard financial record-keeping period required for AML compliance and potential tax or audit purposes.
Retained for 5 years from the date of each game session. Game logs are the definitive record for dispute resolution and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.
Retained for 3 years from the date of each interaction. This allows pk67net to provide continuity of service in ongoing or recurring issues.
Retained for the duration of your pk67net account. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure suppression lists remain accurate.
Once the applicable retention period expires, pk67net securely and permanently deletes or anonymises the data in question. Anonymised data — from which no individual player can be identified — may be retained indefinitely for statistical and platform analysis purposes.
pk67net implements multiple layers of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration and disclosure. These measures include:
In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, pk67net will notify the relevant regulatory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it. If the breach creates a high risk to you directly, pk67net will also notify you personally as soon as reasonably practicable.
pk67net uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to make the platform work correctly and to understand how players use it. We use three categories of cookies, set out below:
| Cookie Type | Purpose | Can Be Disabled? |
|---|---|---|
| Keep you logged in to your pk67net account, maintain session security, remember your language preference. Without these, the platform cannot function. | No — required for platform operation | |
| Remember your game display preferences, sound settings and responsible gaming notifications. These improve your experience but are not mandatory. | Yes — via account settings | |
| Measure platform performance using aggregated, anonymised data — page load times, error rates, feature usage. No individual player is identified in this data. | Yes — via cookie preferences banner |
pk67net does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social media tracking cookies or any third-party cookie that creates a behavioural profile of you for marketing purposes.
Most web browsers allow you to see and manage the cookies stored on your device through their settings menus. Deleting or blocking essential cookies will affect your ability to stay logged in to pk67net and may disrupt other core platform functions.
As a pk67net player, you have the following rights over the personal data we hold about you. These rights can be exercised by contacting our Data Protection team at privacy@pk67net.net. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
You can request a copy of all personal data pk67net holds about you, along with information about how it is used and who it has been shared with.
If any personal data pk67net holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected. Basic account details can be updated directly in your account settings.
You can request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances. Note that regulatory retention obligations (AML, KYC) may prevent immediate deletion of some data categories.
You can request that pk67net restricts the processing of your personal data — for example while a data accuracy dispute is being resolved.
You can request a copy of the personal data you have provided to pk67net in a structured, machine-readable format, for transfer to another service if you wish.
You can object to pk67net processing your data for direct marketing at any time, with immediate effect. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests where your personal situation warrants it.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@pk67net.net with your registered mobile number and a description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request. There is no charge for exercising any of these rights.
pk67net is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from anyone under the age of 18. Our registration process includes an age declaration and date of birth collection, and accounts flagged as potentially belonging to minors are suspended pending identity verification.
If pk67net discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 18 — whether through inaccurate registration information or any other means — that account will be closed immediately, any balance will be withheld, and the data will be deleted as quickly as our regulatory obligations allow.
Parents and guardians who believe a minor has created a pk67net account should contact privacy@pk67net.net immediately with the relevant details. We take these reports seriously and will investigate and respond promptly.
pk67net may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or platform features. When material changes are made, we will:
Your continued use of pk67net after the effective date of any update to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated policy, you may close your account as described in the pk67net Terms and Conditions.
The most current version of this Privacy Policy is always available at pk67net.net/privacy-policy.
If you have any questions, concerns or complaints about how pk67net handles your personal data, or if you wish to exercise any of your data rights, please get in touch through one of the following channels:
We aim to respond to all data rights requests within 30 days of receipt. If a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, we will let you know within the initial 30 days that more time is needed, and will provide a full response within 90 days at the latest.
This Privacy Policy was last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2025. If you have been using pk67net since before this date, the key changes from the previous version are available on request by emailing our Data Protection team.
